Contaminated water advisory lifted for Moose Lake Provincial Park Beach

BONNVYILLE – Effective immediately, Alberta Health Services (AHS) has lifted the contaminated water advisory that was issued for the water of Moose Lake Provincial Park Beach on August 11, 2017.

Water testing has confirmed that bacterial levels are now below maximum acceptable guidelines, meaning the water at the Moose Lake Provincial Park Beach is again safe for swimming and wading.

NOTE: please refer to the beach operator’s seasonal use schedule, before using this body of water for recreational purposes.
