ILC Learning Sessions – ICU Delirium Initiative

Innovation Learning Collaborative (ILC) learning sessions provide opportunities for teams to learn together, work together, and share experiences. By using measurement and collaborative learning, teams ultimately improve access, transform patient/provider experience, and improve health outcomes.

  • provide opportunities for networking & peer consultation
  • support large group education needs with evidence to practice learning sessions
  • identify improvement opportunities through team discussions and development of action plans for the next PDSA cycle

  • participate in education sessions, and incorporate the learning into action planning and unit implementation strategies
  • review & evaluate the effectiveness of strategies utilized to work towards your goals
  • develop action plans for the next PDSA cycle priorities
